- 50g fresh basil
- 4 chopped garlic cloves
- 50ml olive oil
- 50g roasted pine nuts
- 60g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chop pine nuts and garlic in food processor or blender
- Add basil and chop until fine.
- Add rest of ingredients and combine well.
