Garden Benefits

Sap sucking aphids love Nasturtiums and as such are great companion plants in particular Squash, Radish and Zucchini. The aphids will flock to the Nasturtiums and leave your vegetables alone.

Health Benefits

Nasturtium leaves have a high concentration of Vitamin C.
They are a natural antibiotic.
Eating a couple of the peppery leaves at the onset of a cold can stop it in its tracks.
