Subtropical

Subtropical

From the very northern tip of NSW, then following the line of the coast up to Mundubbera, across to Windorah, to just north of Alice Springs and west to Carnarvon makes up the bottom end of the lovely Subtropical region of Australia.  The top of the subtropical region then butts into the Tropical region (refer below).  The subtropics have mild to warm summers when they receive most of their rainfall.  Then mild and dry winters with averaging top temperatures of 22 degrees.
