Ingredients

  • 1 large celeriac
  • 1 large turnip
  • 2 red apples
  • Fresh sprigs of thyme and sage
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Clean and chop celeriac into chip shapes. Chop turnip and apples (with skin on) into small cubes. Finely chop herbs.
  2. Put all ingredients in large baking pan and toss.
  3. Roast at 200 C until vegies are crispy and soft
