Ingredients
- 500g green beans
- 250g button mushrooms,
- Balsamic vinegar
- Thyme,
- Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
Method
- Trim beans and slice mushrooms.
- Toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and thyme.
- Roast at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
