- 3 full ears corn
- 20g butter
- 125g fetta cheese
- 5g ground cayenne
- Roast corn wrapped in foil on barbeque (this helps to cook the corn without burning).
- Cook for 10-15 mins
- Remove foil and cook again on barbeque just to add caramelisation,
- Melt butter on corn, sprinkle cheese and cayenne on top.
