Ingredients

  • 3 full ears corn
  • 20g butter
  • 125g fetta cheese
  • 5g ground cayenne

Method

  1. Roast corn wrapped in foil on barbeque (this helps to cook the corn without burning).
  2. Cook for 10-15 mins
  3. Remove foil and cook again on barbeque just to add caramelisation,
  4. Melt butter on corn, sprinkle cheese and cayenne on top.
