Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 bunches kale
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 5 garlic cloves (chopped finely)
  • Linguini pasta

Method

  1. Cook linguini in a pot of salted boiling water
  2. Cook chopped kale leaves with olive oil and garlic in a large pot for 3-4 minutes until soft.
  3. Add chopped cherry tomatoes, cooked pasta and herbs to pot.
  4. Mix together, add cheese and extra olive oil.
