Ingredients
- 2 small chillies
- 1 large mango
- 250 g chopped pineapple
- 1 large papaya
- 1 large roma tomato
- 1 fresh sprig coriander.
Method
- Chop all fruits and chillies into small cubes,
- Chop coriander finely.
- Toss all ingredient and chill before serving, eat with tortilla chips.
Makes one large bowl to share
