Ingredients

  • 1 large celeriac (celery root)
  • 5g fresh lemon juice
  • 1 fresh sprig coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Clean celeriac and chop into cubes, finely chop coriander.
  2. Put celeriac in medium pot with cold water and bring to boil, boil for 10-15 minutes or until celeriac is soft.
  3. Drain water and mash celeriac in pot.
  4. Add other ingredients and stir over low heat until coriander is wilted.
