- 1 large celeriac (celery root)
- 5g fresh lemon juice
- 1 fresh sprig coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Clean celeriac and chop into cubes, finely chop coriander.
- Put celeriac in medium pot with cold water and bring to boil, boil for 10-15 minutes or until celeriac is soft.
- Drain water and mash celeriac in pot.
- Add other ingredients and stir over low heat until coriander is wilted.
