- 4 large carrots
- 2 chopped cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- 70g mozzarella cheese
- 40ml milk
- Garden fresh toppings as desired
- Steam carrots until soft.
- Pulverize carrots in food processor and squeeze out moisture using cheesecloth.
- Return carrots to food processor with garlic, egg and cheese.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, until slightly golden-brown.
- Remove from oven and add garden fresh toppings as desired.
- Return to oven and grill for 2-3 minutes.
