Ingredients
2 large
capsicum
,
1 medium onion,
1 small hot
chilli
,
300 g rice,
5 g mustard seeds,
5 g
coriander
seeds,
1 sprig fresh
coriander
,
5 g curry powder and salt to taste
Method
1. Cook rice normally, set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in pan and add mustard and coriander seeds, cook 1-2 minutes.
3. Add onion, capsicum, fresh coriander, curry powder and chili pepper, cook until soft.
4. Add rice, stir well and serve warm.
