Ingredients

  •  2 large capsicum,
  • 1 medium onion,
  • 1 small hot chilli,
  • 300 g rice,
  • 5 g mustard seeds,
  • 5 g coriander seeds,
  • 1 sprig fresh coriander,
  • 5 g curry powder and salt to taste

Method

  • 1. Cook rice normally, set aside.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in pan and add mustard and coriander seeds, cook 1-2 minutes.
  • 3. Add onion, capsicum, fresh coriander, curry powder and chili pepper, cook until soft.
  • 4. Add rice, stir well and serve warm.
