Ingredients

  • 1 small head romaine lettuce
  • 8-10 strips bacon
  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 40g mayonnaise
  • 5ml vinegar
  • 80g shredded cheese of choice

Method

  1. Cut tops off tomatoes, scoop out interiors and set them aside, rinse tomatoes.
  2. Finely chop lettuce and bacon.
  3. Mix lettuce with bacon, mayonnaise, vinegar, tomato pulp and cheese.
  4. Scoop lettuce mixture into hollowed-out tomatoes.
