REFUND / DELIVERY POLICY / DELIVERY TIMES
You will receive an order confirmation which states that you should receive your order within 10 working days. Provided we have sufficient product in stock, orders are generally shipped within 3 days of receiving your order. We use Australia Post for our delivery service and they can take between 3-5 working days to deliver. For more information about when your order will arrive at your door please refer to the confirmation emails that you will receive from us. All our estimates are based on business days and assume that shipping and delivery don’t occur on holidays and weekends. Order Cancellation… If necessary, you may cancel your order, provided you contact us before you receive the email notification that your order has been dispatched. We will happily exchange or refund at any time, provided the goods are in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. We are unable to refund freight/shipping charges (except in circumstances where the goods are faulty). Claims for refund or exchange will only be accepted within 1 month of purchase.
